1. Platform Scope & Operating Model

Split Stash acts exclusively as a trust, payment coordination, and reputation-tracking platform. We serve as an intermediary coordination ledger helping users structure and share seats of multi-profile subscriptions.

2. User Eligibility & Onboarding

You must be a resident of Pakistan and maintain a registered Split Stash account to participate. CNIC verification is optional and serves only as an additional trust signal. Members do not need identity verification to request or join a seat. Hosts must configure a payout method before publishing a listing.

Each physical human is permitted exactly one (1) active user account. Creating duplicate accounts, bypass identities, or providing false verification data will result in immediate permanent suspension.

3. Host Roles and Responsibilities

A “Host” is any registered user who publishes a subscription slot listing they personally own and manage. By listing a subscription seat, you agree to:

• Maintain the subscription in active standing with the underlying global provider at all times.
• Deliver valid access credentials or system profile invitations to members within the designated startup SLA.
• Never change global account settings or profile passwords mid-cycle without updating members via the platform's structured support channel.
• Comply strictly with the official seat capacity boundaries defined by the subscription provider. Over-selling seats beyond official device limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Member Roles and Responsibilities

A “Member” is any registered user who joins a listed subscription seat and pays their designated share. By claiming a seat, you agree to:

• Use only your designated profile space or invite link. You may not interfere with other members' profiles or global account preferences.
• Keep credentials strictly confidential. Leaking, sharing, or re-selling credentials will trigger a permanent platform ban.
• Settle seat payments before the expiration of the reservation window using the exact platform reference code (e.g., SSL-X4M8QK) in your wallet transfer notes.

5. Payment Coordination & Escrow Buffer

Split Stash coordinates micro-payments in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) manually. Member payments are sent to Split Stash first, and the platform holds funds in a protective 72-hour escrow buffer.

Funds are released to the Host only after:

• The member confirms access is working, OR
• The 72-hour window expires without an active access dispute being filed.

Split Stash charges a flat platform coordination fee of PKR 50 or 5% (whichever is lower) per seat, per monthly billing cycle. This fee is clearly itemized on the ledger and is non-refundable once escrow is released.

6. Trust Score & Reputation

Accountability is tracked via the Trust Score system, ranging from 1.0 to 5.0. Scores are calculated directly as the simple average of star ratings received from other users after each 30-day seat lease cycle completes.

Users whose Trust Score falls below 3.0 are flagged for manual review. Hosts with high scores build priority status, while low-score accounts face administrative manual reviews and potential suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities on the platform:

• Listing accounts obtained via carding, cracking, trials, or short-term promotions.
• Chasing members or hosts outside the platform for off-ledger payments.
• Harassing other users or sharing personal contact details (such as phone numbers or social links) inside structured channels.
• Using automated scripts to scrape listings or manipulate system positions.

8. Platform Rights, Liability & Jurisdiction

Split Stash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or withhold payouts to investigate disputes or protect users from fraud. We do not guarantee the performance of the subscription or the reliability of hosts and members. Our total liability is limited to the coordination fee collected for the transaction in dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
